Terms of Sale

Payment: Dallas Wholesale Forklift accepts transactions via wire transfer, cashier's check, U.S. currency, or company checks from established, repeat clients in good standing with accounts receivable. All money is due at closing.

Shipping: Dallas Wholesale Forklift can provide shipping services through a bonded and licensed third party freight carrier for an additional fee. Prices are subject to weight and distance the freight will have to travel. Payment for all shipping provided by Dallas Wholesale Forklift will be included on the equipment sales invoice, and the invoice must be paid before the equipment leaves our facility. C.O.D. shipping will be handled on a case by case basis. Clients are welcome to arrange for their own shipping services.

Disclaimer: Dallas Wholesale Forklift does not provide maintenance or repairs on any forklifts it sells. All equipment is sold as is. Once the freight leaves the Dallas Wholesale Forklift lot, the client has taken ownership of the equipment.
